With 3 kids, José Carlos da Silva Fescina, former player, forward of clubs like: Palmeiras, Sport, Botafogo, Cruzeiro (Tostão even was put to the bench by him), Olaria e Nacional (SP). Today Fescina is a well experienced and traveled coach.

Fescina has coached more than 40 clubs, like Corinthians em 88. In the same year he was the Auxiliary Coach of the Conquest of the São Paulo Championship by Corinthians (the 2º Biggest club of Brazil in number of fans, 15 million). The final Goal of the championship was made by Viola against Guarani.

 In 2003, the coach made a contract with Central de Carauru (PE), finishing in third place of the championship of Pernambuco. After that he coached Sergipe.

The ex-Forward worked six years was a international coach: Japan, Bolivia, and Emirados Arabes and in November of 2004 became the trainer of Nacional A.C. from São Paulo-SP, onde of the founders of de Football Federation of São Paulo (“Federação Paulista de Futebol – F.P.F.”)

And his beginning was very good because the Junior Team (Sub-20) of Nacional was Vice-Champions of the National Championship of their category in 2005 (“Taça São Paulo de Júnior 2005”), counting with the guidance of Fescina. Nine of the youngsters were promoted to the Professional team to the Championship of that year.

But in March of 2005 he received a excellent proposition by G.R.Barueri, he accepted, and went to direct the team with richest the city hall of the São Paulo Estate. “Barueri has an infrastructure equal to the big Teams and a very big project. I was finding a lot of problems in Nacional because of some inferences, and that is something that I don’t tolerate in my work” said with righteousness the ex-Forward.
